Free Shipping Offer applies to orders over $150 shipped to addresses within the continental United States only. Remote areas, urban addresses, and buildings with more than two flights of stairs (in home set up customers only) may incur additional shipping charges.
Additional Exceptions & Policies:
Free Shipping offer does not apply to Clearance showroom models: furniture, mattresses, toppers. These items can be picked up from the showroom. Or, delivery within 5-10 mile radius of showroom can be arranged, call to get delivery quote for this service.
Shipping Furniture - A shipping credit of $100 is offered on all furniture items. Additional shipping costs will be quoted in advance and included in order total.
Free Shipping on mattresses is curbside delivery only. Delivery is either to the back of the truck or to the front door depending on mattress brand purchased.
Shipping to remote or urban areas - Customer will be contacted to approve additional shipping costs before the order is processed.
In home set up - Required service on most mattresses as boxes are heavy/bulky; the mattress needs to be set up properly in your home; and packaging materials are hard to dispose of. The cost is $200 and includes mattress set up and package removal only. To have old mattress removed, the charge is an additional $100 for a total fee of $300.
Items shipping to Alaska and Hawaii - Qualify for a free shipping "credit" based on normal costs to ship that particular item within the continental U.S. Additional shipping costs will be quoted in advance and included in the order total.
Items shipping to APO addresses: most items ship for free, however, items manufactured and shipped from Canada may incur extra charges. Please call 866.380.5892 for shipping quote if shipping to APO address.
Mattress Orders shipping to Canada - Qualify for a free shipping "credit" based on the amount normally charged for shipping that item within the continental U.S. Additional shipping costs will be quoted in advance and added to the order total. All Canadian taxes, customs fees and duty are the responsibility of the customer. We do not ship items via UPS to Canada.
We do not ship anywhere outside of the United States and Canada.
Refusing shipment will result in your credit card being charged for both outbound and return shipping, plus applicable re-stocking fees. WE DO NOT OFFER A RETURN POLICY ON ANY MATTRESS, FUTON OR FOUNDATION. If any mattress, futon, or foundation is returned to us, we will refuse shipment.
Refusing shipment on items drop shipped from manufacturers in Canada will result in your credit card being charged for both outbound and return shipping, duty and customs broker fees, and any applicable re-stocking fees.
Return Shipping Costs
All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not reimburse shipping costs or issue UPS call for pick up for any customer return.
