We strongly recommend using a pillow protector because it will decrease the need to wash the pillow as often. However, if you prefer to have your pillow professionally cleaned, choose a reputable cleaning establishment that has extensive experience with down pillow cleaning. Wash regular, standard, and queen pillows as pairs, wash king pillows individually. First of all, use a pure, gentle soap; do not bleach. Secondly, use medium temperature water at the maximum water level with an extra rinse cycle. Thirdly, if water is left in the pillow after the extra rinse cycle, squeeze out the excess water. Finally, wash only when necessary. In addition, to dry appropriately,  machine dry pillows individually at medium temperatures. Then, pull apart any clumps that have formed after first drying cycle. Finally, use a tumble dry setting for the next dry cycle. Your pillow will come out of the laundry as puffy as they were when new.

St Genève luxury pillows are guaranteed for five years against any defect in materials and workmanship.

This is provided that the care instructions have been followed accordingly and a pillow protector has been used at all times. All guarantees are void if labels are removed.
